Today's Daily Diva Word is SPELL-BINDING.
What do you think it takes to tell a Spell-binding story?
Can you turn a seemingly ordinary experience into a Spell-binding story? Of course you can, and you're going to do it today. The first thing you do is to create an air of
mystery. We all love it, don't we? Once upon
a time, or it was a dark and stormy night.
Let's create a spell-binding story about dinner.
"The time was growing near and expectations
were rising. Diva had been out having fun
and now she risked being caught. She knew
she had to think fast or her clever rouse
would soon be discovered and the game
would be over.
Her thoughts were interrupted when a small,
but very vocal adversary approached her.
She needed a diversion, but her Diva sisters
were dealing with their own fates in the
moment. Ah Hah! She would engage the
sweet creature in a game called the mystery
of the knotty orb.
Diva thrust her hand into the darkness and
pulled out a sack of rose colored orbs. They
must be transformed before their sweet
nectar could be used to calm the rising
voices of the housefolk. She enlisted the aid
of the creature who had approached.
"Inside this sack is the holy orb of life. Many
seekers have forsaken the quest because
it appears that everyone is the same. But
that is a trick that has been cleverly devised
to keep you from uncovering the mystery.
You will know the true orb for it will have
a happy face."
search for a happy face, Diva began the
ritual that brought her such joy, preparing
the evening repast......
Create a Spellbinding tale for yourself today
about the ordinary. Practice and write them
down to develop your story telling skills.
Very soon, you will have all in your Divadom Spellbound.
All the best,
Maureen

Once upon a time there was a woman named Maureen O'Crean who had the three initials "MBA" after her name.
The initials stood for "Most Beloved Agent." She earned this acclaim because she worked quickly, silently and mysteriously for an unseen Boss who saw directly into people's hearts and He saw immediately into hers.
Her job wasn't always easy but Maureen O'Crean, MBA, didn't mind. She would rise each morning, tie on her pearl and
lace wings, grab her magic wand and jump out the door from heaven's largest cloud. She had one mission only, "Find out who needs help today."
