Do You Have a "bad" Body Part?

I hear people say "I have a bad foot" or "I have a bad back".  Do you hear and feel the energy surrounding these statements?  Why would you declare a body part "bad"?  Do you want to punish part of your body?  Do you expect your body to be a machine despite how you treat it?  First of all these statements have limitation written into them.  Second of all, what do you mean by "bad"?

The truth is that in order to heal our bodies we must show respect and be aware of what we say and think about them.  Our physical body is a miracle of intricacies and perfect design. We must accept the current situation in order to move forward and heal-not resent and label and be angry.

What would be more accurate and empowering are statements like, "I injured my foot" or "My foot is healing" or "I have been feeling sensitivity in my back".

Health and Blessings.  Until next time...Miluna
